Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support multifamily property upkeep through routine repairs, make-ready tasks, inspections, seasonal preparation, storm response, and on-call emergency service. The role requires at least one year of maintenance or porter experience, beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation is $18 to $21 per hour plus lease renewal bonuses, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and on-call availability.
