Description
Friendship Village of Dublin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems. The role includes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, resident service requests, emergency and after-hours repairs, inspections, documentation, and safe operation of tools and equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one to two years of building or facilities maintenance experience; a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are also required.
