EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for its Ainahau I/II affordable housing community in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role performs lock and key repairs, interior wall and door repairs, electrical work, air-conditioning maintenance, unit inspections, and turnover work on a 100+ unit property. Candidates need at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and HVAC certification. The salary range is $23.75–$35.15 per hour, with a hiring range for new employees of $23.75–$29.45 per hour depending on experience and current salaries.
