Description
The Maintenance Technician II maintains and repairs building structures, grounds, equipment, and building systems at Atec/Vital Link. Responsibilities include masonry, carpentry, plumbing, unpowered electrical, HVAC, sewer, potable water, compressed air, lighting, landscaping, waste removal, pressure washing, preventive maintenance, equipment and furniture handling, safety compliance, ISO9000 procedures, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proven competency as a Maintenance Technician I, a valid Texas driver license, and preferably five years of building-trades or repair experience. Work may involve heights, trenches, weather exposure, systems up to 240VAC or 500 PSI, extended hours, and occasional travel.
