CRMG is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for the 185-unit Center Plaza Apartments community in Beaverton, Oregon. The role performs building upkeep, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other maintenance work under the guidance of experienced technicians, with a Monday-Friday schedule and $24-$29 per hour. The position requires at least one year of Maintenance Technician I experience or two years of previous maintenance technician experience, intermediate knowledge of specified repair and maintenance skills, and availability for after-hours emergencies.
