The role performs building upkeep, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, janitorial work, and other maintenance tasks under experienced technicians. It is a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with 40 contracted hours, $27.00-$31.00 per hour, and benefits after 30 days of employment.
