CRMG is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for the 146-unit affordable apartment community of Emmons Place in Portland, Oregon. The role performs building upkeep, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other maintenance work under the guidance of experienced technicians, with a Monday-Friday schedule and availability for after-hours emergencies. The position pays $26.00-$30.00 per hour and includes benefits, a cell phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement.
