Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team in Cove at Tiburon. This role involves performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and preparing vacant apartments. The technician will also conduct property inspections, maintain exteriors, and respond to on-call emergencies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with prior experience in property maintenance.
