Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of their residential community in Ridgemoor. Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, preparing vacant apartments, and conducting property inspections. The technician will also respond to maintenance requests, maintain the property's exterior, and comply with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade

Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and situations
