Finlays Solutions is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II in San Antonio, Texas, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role performs planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and changeovers on beverage manufacturing equipment, including production, packaging, processing, HVAC, fluid power, and related systems. The technician follows GMPs and food-safety practices, completes work orders and preventative maintenance, documents parts usage, and collaborates with operators, supervisors, and other technicians. The position pays $24.00–$28.00 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of food and beverage manufacturing maintenance experience, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
