Description
The Maintenance Technician II performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures, troubleshoots facility systems, maintains spare parts and tool inventories, supports installations and asset operations, and assists with training and process improvements. The role also oversees lower-level technicians and proposes corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. It requires 3–5 years of general maintenance and facility experience, including 3 years in PLC and advanced electrical maintenance, along with experience in conveying systems, water systems, motors, welding, piping, and heating or boiler units.
