Description
Summit School Services is hiring a Fleet Tech II to diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty school buses and other fleet vehicles. The role covers preventive maintenance, braking, steering, suspension, electrical and charging systems, HVAC, drivetrains, transmissions, DVIR and state-inspection readiness, mobile repairs, safety inspections, and maintenance-system logging. Candidates need at least three years of light-, medium-, or heavy-duty mechanic repair experience, diesel equipment experience, diagnostic proficiency, and a high school education or equivalent; a CDL is preferred and training is provided.
