Description
The Maintenance Technician II supports SVA’s Facilities team by performing skilled mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance across campus buildings. The role includes work-order management, inspections, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, emergency response, shift coverage, and mentoring new technicians. It requires a high school diploma or GED, trade school certification, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of building operations and maintenance experience. The position is on-site, requires outdoor work in all weather, and may require overtime and weekend or holiday coverage.
