WinnCompanies is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for Council Tower, a 227-unit affordable housing community in St. Louis, Missouri. The role performs property maintenance across apartments, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots, including repairs involving appliances, carpentry, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC; preventive maintenance and inspections; apartment turnover preparation; grounds upkeep; and scheduled on-call emergency support. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant experience, general building-systems knowledge, customer service and communication skills, basic computer and tablet familiarity, and the ability to speak and understand basic English. Vocational training, CAMT, and EPA certification are preferred.
