WinnCompanies is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for Columbia Square Apartments, a 128-unit affordable housing community in Columbia, Missouri. The role performs repairs and maintenance across rental units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots, including work on appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule with on-call duty and weekend availability. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant experience, general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, customer service and communication skills, basic computer and tablet familiarity, English proficiency, and availability for off-hours emergencies. Vocational or technical training and a Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians are preferred.
