EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for its 112-unit affordable family housing community, Camellia Place, in Dublin, California. The role performs lock and key repairs, interior wall and door repairs, electrical work, air-conditioning maintenance, unit inspections, and turnover work, while also completing janitorial duties. Candidates need at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and HVAC certification. The salary range is $25.00–$37.00 per hour, with a hiring range of $25.00–$31.00 per hour for new employees.
