EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II to perform apartment maintenance across several senior and family housing communities in Tiburon, Belvedere, and Sausalito. The role covers lock and key repair, interior wall and door repairs, electrical work, air-conditioning maintenance, unit inspections, turnovers, and janitorial duties. Candidates need at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and HVAC certification. The salary range is $25.00–$37.00 per hour, with a hiring range of $25.00–$31.00 per hour for new employees.
