Description
The Maintenance Tech I supports production-line maintenance by maintaining equipment, prioritizing and completing work orders, assisting with 6S and TPM programs, coaching operators on preventative maintenance, supporting line commissioning, and participating in plant projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of maintenance certification, stick and wire welding experience, forklift experience, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, motor-controller, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
