Morningstar Living is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II at its Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The role pays $21–$24 per hour based on experience and includes daytime hours, rotating weekend and holiday coverage, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining buildings, equipment, and systems; completing work orders and preventative maintenance; diagnosing and fixing mechanical or facility issues; responding to emergencies; and assisting with grounds maintenance and snow removal. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of maintenance experience, proficiency in a skilled trade, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills.
