EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for its 398-unit affordable housing community, Kukui Gardens, in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role performs lock and key repairs, interior wall and door repairs, electrical work, air-conditioning maintenance, unit inspections, and turnover work, with the expectation of handling most property repairs without outside vendor assistance. Candidates need at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. The position offers a salary of $23.75 to $35.15 per hour, with a hiring range of $23.75 to $29.45 per hour depending on experience and current salaries.
