Description
The Maintenance Technician performs planned and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, mechanical, life safety, and plumbing systems, including chiller plants, fire alarm and suppression systems, building management systems, and industrial kitchen equipment. The role also includes light carpentry, electrical work, furniture repair, room setups, vendor monitoring, and travel to multiple locations. Candidates need at least three years of building-systems maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays. The position offers medical, dental, vision, life, and global travel health insurance, along with an hourly pay range of $24 to $38.
