Description
The Maintenance Technician performs planned and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, mechanical, life safety, and plumbing systems, including chiller plants, fire alarm and suppression systems, building management systems, and critical facilities equipment. The role also includes light carpentry, electrical work, furniture repair, room setups, vendor monitoring, and troubleshooting. It requires at least three years of related building-systems maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible night, weekend, and variable shifts, including overtime and holidays. The position offers hourly pay of $24–$38 and medical, dental, vision, life, and global travel health insurance.
