Description
Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to independently complete service requests, make-ready turns, and full turns across multifamily properties. The role covers intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, preventative maintenance, building inspections, move-in and move-out inspections, emergency response, inventory, and safety compliance. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance experience, intermediate multi-trade skills, appliance knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED; EPA and pool-operator certifications are preferred.
