CRMG is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician III for The Vibrant!, a 93-unit apartment community in NW Portland. The role performs building upkeep, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other maintenance work; directs maintenance staff and vendors; and manages work orders. The position pays $32.00-$35.00 per hour, requires two years in Maintenance II or three years of related maintenance experience, and includes a Monday-Friday schedule, benefits after 30 days, and a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
