Description
CRMG is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician III for the 129-unit Anna Mann Apartments in the Pacific Northwest. The role performs building upkeep, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other maintenance work; directs maintenance staff and vendors; and manages work orders. The position pays $30–$32 per hour, requires two years in Maintenance II or three years of related maintenance experience, and includes a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits after 30 days, and a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
