Description
Resilience is hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to autonomously perform preventative and corrective maintenance on site facilities equipment, troubleshoot systems, document work in a CMMS, and respond to process equipment requests. The role requires relevant trade skills or licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work in a regulated or cGMP environment; preferred qualifications include 3–5 years of experience with building systems and prior CMMS experience. The position follows a day-shift 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and offers a target base pay of $24.00–$38.00 per hour.
