Description
The Tech 3 school-bus mechanic supports the Maintenance Department by performing preventive maintenance inspections and light-duty repairs on school buses. The role also coordinates major-repair approvals, documents work and parts, reports unsafe conditions, and maintains a safe work area. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of truck or automotive repair experience, hand tools, English communication skills, and preferably fleet, diesel or gasoline-system, and CDL experience or training.
