Description
The Maintenance Technician III maintains, inspects, repairs, and releases aircraft and related components in accordance with Thrive Aviation policies, manufacturer manuals, and FAA requirements. The role includes pre- and post-flight inspections, airworthiness releases, mechanical and electrical work, Garmin component changes, engine and APU runs, paperwork, training of lower-level technicians, and support for ground operations. It requires an A&P license, at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience, knowledge of 14 CFR Part 135, and the ability to work outdoors in varying climates.
