Tricon is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to handle a broad range of property maintenance and repair work across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general interior/exterior upkeep. The role requires customer service, clear communication, safe work practices, use of technology for work orders and inventory, EPA 608 refrigerant certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least five years of maintenance or construction experience. The position involves on-call and overtime availability, daily travel between properties, and physically demanding tasks in a rental housing environment.
