Tricon is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to perform a broad range of property maintenance and repair work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cabinetry, doors, windows, painting, and general unit repairs. The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication with residents and vendors, efficient handling of service requests, safe work practices, and accurate use of work order and inventory systems. The position requires EPA 608 certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 5 years of maintenance/construction experience, plus daily travel between properties and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
