Volunteers of America Minnesota is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician III for its North Park Plaza site in New Hope, Minnesota. The role performs general building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance; manages external vendors and maintenance contracts; maintains inventory; and leads and trains maintenance staff. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating 24/7 on-call coverage and possible overtime. Compensation is $28.00-$30.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
