Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician performs electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, refrigeration, and general facilities repairs; maintains and troubleshoots production equipment; conducts preventative maintenance; responds to emergency repairs; supports small-to-medium projects; and trains internal team members. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of manufacturing maintenance experience, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, and PLC experience, experience with 5–20 ton A/C units, an apprenticeship or equivalent education and experience, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC certification. The pay range is $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefits.
