The Maintenance Technician will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facilities work. The role also includes maintaining safe work areas, documenting repairs, assisting with renovations and installations, monitoring supplies, and coordinating with contractors or vendors. It is a full-time position in Austin, Texas, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant building-maintenance experience, basic knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting ability, and a valid driver’s license if travel is required.
