Description
The Facilities Technician Lead will perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds; monitor building-system performance; coordinate maintenance schedules and contractors; assign and train Level 1 and 2 technicians and subcontractors; and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards. The role requires at least five years of relevant building-equipment experience, knowledge of mechanical and fire systems, CMMS experience, and proficiency in English, with Spanish proficiency preferred.
