Description
The Maintenance Technician Level I performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. The role supports production reliability by diagnosing equipment issues, replacing defective parts, maintaining records, following LOTO and safety procedures, and assisting with mold setting and machinery installation or modification. It is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of maintenance experience with a manufacturing emphasis, proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatic controls, and electrical systems, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including overtime and weekends as needed.
