Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and replaces mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role includes preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, mold-setting assistance, documentation, safety compliance, and occasional new-machinery installation or modification. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of maintenance experience with a manufacturing emphasis, proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and successful completion of forklift, crane, and LOTO certifications. The position is scheduled for the first shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and requires overtime as needed.
