Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance for the inside and outside of The Jamestown Apartment Flats, including repairing resident service requests, preparing vacant apartments for leasing and move-in, maintaining grounds and amenities, documenting work, inspecting contractor work, and supporting safety and expense-control programs. The role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools, basic math and computer skills, EPA refrigerant-recycling certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible on-site hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
