Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences is hiring a full-time, permanent Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) for its Central Services department at the Kaiserslautern study location. The role covers maintenance of sanitary, heating, ventilation, and building-management-systems infrastructure, electronic-mechanical locking systems, fire-alarm systems, material transport, outdoor-facility support, and event assistance. Applicants need recognized installation and building-services training, technical and manual skills, teamwork and communication skills, willingness to travel, a class B driver’s license, PC skills, and willingness to participate in further training. The position is governed by the TV-L collective bargaining agreement, offers a company pension plan, and allows part-time employment where operational requirements permit.
