Description
Management Services Corporation is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Westgate Apartments and Townhomes property in Manassas. The role performs general maintenance across HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry; includes preventive maintenance, repairs, paperwork, communication, phone use, public relations, and use of a private vehicle and personal tools. The position pays $28.00 per hour or more based on experience, requires a high school education or equivalent and at least three years of apartment maintenance or equivalent experience, and requires HVAC certification or certification obtained within 120 days of employment. It is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible weekend work and rotating on-call shifts, and includes health, vision, dental, FSA, 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off benefits.
