Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition, appearance, safety, and operational efficiency of a residential community. The role handles resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, general upkeep, turnovers, landscaping, snow removal, grounds monitoring, and resident and staff support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes when on call. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and is an evergreen talent-pipeline posting.
