Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of a residential community, handling resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, turnovers, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, safety, and resident satisfaction. The role also provides guidance to Maintenance Apprentices and Porters and requires a high school diploma or GED, broad maintenance skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes when on call.
