The Maintenance Technician performs hands-on repair and maintenance on facility infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical equipment, structural systems, drywall, and carpentry. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, precision measurements, safe ladder and confined-space access, and communication with team members and supervisors. A high school diploma or equivalent and experience across the listed maintenance areas are required, while technical certification, CMMS knowledge, and safety training are preferred. The employer requires U.S. work authorization, conducts drug screening, and participates in E-Verify.
