Description
The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance, repairs malfunctioning equipment, plans upgrades and installations, supports line and machine operators, documents root-cause analysis, and supports HACCP procedures in a food-manufacturing environment. The role requires mechanical and electrical ability, a high school diploma or GED, technical training or related experience, and ten years of full-time maintenance experience in a related field, along with refrigeration, welding, power-transmission, utility, and documentation skills.
