Description
The Maintenance Technician will inspect, maintain, diagnose, calibrate, adjust, repair, and support the installation and major upgrades of plant-wide equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and overhead doors. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of heavy industrial experience, physical ability to lift and pull, willingness to work a rotating 24/7 schedule, and clean background and drug-screening results. Compensation is $30.00–$36.43 per hour plus a $2.60 schedule adder, with a 4-on/4-off schedule, vacation, retirement matching, health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
