Description
The General Maintenance Engineer will perform diversified hotel maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, work-order completion, and guest-response duties. The role covers three properties in Grand Rapids, Belmont, and Sparta, Michigan, requires on-call availability, and includes overtime as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of hotel or residential building experience, 3 years as a maintenance technician, relevant HVAC or building-maintenance certification, OSHA knowledge, and property-maintenance experience; industrial experience is preferred. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
