Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician provides preventive and corrective maintenance for motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and other plant equipment in a dairy manufacturing environment. The role includes troubleshooting, part replacement, inventory checks, training production workers, maintaining safe and clean work areas, and supporting food safety, quality, and employee safety programs. A high school diploma or GED, a related technical associate degree or trade certificate, and 1–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience are required; dairy or cheese manufacturing experience is preferred.
