Benchmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform minor and major repairs, implement preventive maintenance programs, communicate building and equipment conditions to the Maintenance Director, and handle biohazardous waste, laundry-room maintenance, chemicals, and general maintenance work including light electrical, painting, and carpentry. The role requires familiarity with emergency procedures, the ability to learn new skills, and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
