Description
Pangeo Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Windsor, Ontario, reporting to the Plant Manager or Maintenance Lead. The role performs preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, compressors, HVAC systems, cranes, and forklifts; troubleshoots mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues; completes inspections, repairs, coolant management, safety-system checks, and maintenance documentation; and supports contractors and 5S activities. The position requires a technical diploma or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of manufacturing or mould-making machine repair experience, industrial equipment operation, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to lift up to 23 kg. Compensation starts at CAD $30 per hour.
