Description
GFL is hiring a unionized industrial maintenance professional to maintain equipment at a fixed industrial water treatment and waste processing facility and provide mechanical oversight for capital construction projects. The role performs installation, repair, dismantling, alignment, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on process, mechanical, electrical, automated, and mobile equipment; coordinates third-party services; manages spare parts; and ensures regulatory and safety compliance. It is primarily a day-shift, safety-sensitive, indoor/outdoor role requiring industrial maintenance experience, welding, PLC and electrical systems knowledge, blueprint reading, a valid G license, respirator use, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
