Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance across HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry for conventional apartment communities in Roanoke. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, paperwork, communication, phone use, public relations, and use of a personal vehicle. It is a full-time Monday-through-Friday position with possible weekend travel, and requires a high school education or equivalency, at least one year of apartment maintenance or equivalent experience, and HVAC training or CFC-card eligibility.
